• Design fee - This listing secures your custom order and begins the design process. This covers creative direction, sketches, and sourcing. It is non-refundable and does not include labor or materials.
• Final payment - Once your design is finalized, labor and material costs will be calculated. The remaining balance will be uploaded to the website as a private/custom listing made just for you. When that payment is complete, your order will move into production and then be shipped.
